Tesoro Golden got me it's first ring

Well, I was really focusing on the lower than nickle and up to tab range, hoping to get a first gold for this detector. I only came away with 3 nickles and a bunch of foil and such, but I did manage to get a first silver ring for this detector! It says China CZ 925 on band. I like silver too! Also picked up $8.39 in change in just under 3 hrs at a well picked over athletic field. Not to bad for starting out the 2016 Golden/cleansweep season.

Congrats on your first ring with the golden! I love my golden and it's a great machine once you learn it's language. I have a super 7 on mine and it eats up those trash infested sites that others just won't hunt.

What exactly is a clean sweep coil?

easy to pin point wiggle the coil backwards and target its at the tip of the coil.
