Tesoro De Leon

I put the 5.75 coil on the Tesoro De Leon does anyone have this set up and if you do how will it work for coins and rings?? Thanks for the feed back Dennis

Almost as deep as the 9 by 8, but a lot better in trashy areas. Many a guy has put one on his machine, only to never take it off.

If the smaller coils work so good, why are they not the coils that are sold with all detectors?

The "all around" best coil for any machine is usually in the 8" range. Smaller coils, like bigger coils, tend to be less popular because not everybody likes to hunt trashy areas (where small coils excel), nor does the majority all want larger coils for more depth or better coverage. The best all around coils fill the role for the most users. At least that is what the manufacturers will tell you.
