tesoro cutlass with hardwired coil

Hi guys i have an old original tesoro cutlass with a hardwired 7" concentric discriminator coil on it ,is it possible to put a 5 pin plug on it to use on another 5 pin tesoro and if so which wires to which pins ?.
the reason i am asking is the cutlass has a few wires adrft and i cant find a schematic for it and i am not sure its even worth sorting..

Hi broadmaster, I suggest you call Tesoro and talk to Rusty Henry. He will likely not encourage you to "plug" your Cutlass since that would amount to a modification and certainly void the warranty on it. Unless the Cutlass has been abused or modded in some way the warranty should still be good and Tesoro would likely tidy up your wires and get the Cutlass back to you in shipshape at little or no cost, other than your shipping back to Tesoro. Certainly, a phone call is in order for some advice that could possibly solve all your problems with the Cutlass. HH,Charlie
