Tesoro Cutlass II Interference

Hello Fellow Treasure Hunters...I just purchased a Cutlass II and it seems that when I hunt I get all kinds of interference, I have hunted different areas also but the beeps and chatters are still there, not all the time but 75%. Has anyone else had the same problem? Is there something wrong with the detector? Should I send it back to the factory? Thank you.

I've had machines with bad coils that ran erratically. It's a pain to have to send it in, but Tesoro will do you right. They replaced the coil on my Sidewinder at no charge and they'll check the whole machine over for you.
