I see the post on Tesoro not responding to emails,HMMM I wonder how many emails they must get? I know that I cant keep up with personal emails much less the emails Tesoro may get! I have several brands of detectors, including several tesoros, had a problem with a coil connector, followed their instructions on what to do,sent detector and coil in,few days later it was back for me to hunt! I have bought 4 different tesoros,I have called them on several different occasions and they are a top notch company,Even the secretary helps me in any way she can! Vince and James are very busy, but they will get in touch with you! Rusty Henry the Service manager is a super awesome person,he has gone out of his way to answer any questions I might of had,Tesoro backs their products up! Unless you run over it or let the batteries corode in it,and like some on said if you ever need help with your tesoro, come to this forum and ask, usually a problem you might have is just a matter of tweaking your machine out. Thanks Tesoro, you guys make a great detector, and stand behind it even if takes a while to answer a email here and there! Max outa MO.

Max you're right on. I've had nothing but good experiences when talking to the Tesoro people. In my opinion it is best to just call them and you'll get quick personal service and answers.

I purchased a used Tejon this Summer & had problems with the lower shaft binding & the battery doors were not closing properly.I called & spoke to both Vince & James & may I tell You that they are the most helpful & kind people I have ever spoke to at a MD company! I was sent a new shaft, new doors & also the Allen Wrench to assemble the doors,so yes...a phone call is the best way to contact anyone at Tesoro.
