Tesoro customer service is just awesome!!!

It doesn't matter when I call during bussiness hours.....a real person always answers phone and not a recording. Customer service always goes out of their way to help. And when i'm told the person I need to talk to will call me back right away....they do.

Just felt I needed to write this.......Thanks for the great service Tesoro.

That's just ONE of the reasons why i'm a Tesoro customer

That's so good to hear, too many companies now-a-days only care about the bottom line, and we the customers suffer for it. I have spoken with them once, and they were very helpful to me. I bought a "used" Sand Shark, and had some questions. They treated me as if I was the original owner of the machine. They gained another loyal customer.
 
That sure is nice. NOW, If you sell that Mine Lab, Think of the TESOROS you could buy. Life time warranty. SSSSSOOOOOOOOOO easy to use. You just love them, Don't you!!! KEN
