Tesoro customer Service. Hard to top.

I'm at a loss for words on how to describe this, for one thing I can't ever remember dealing with a manufacturers customer Service this good. It would be nice if all manufacturers could be this good but that's a dream that's not going to happen now days. I had a small problem with one of the coils that came with a new outlaw and with the advice from the folks on here I contacted Tesoro, sent the coil back. I have a new coil on the way and had a personal phone call asking how I liked the outlaw, and if I had any questions about it. Now days you just don't get this type of Service or interest from any manufacturer of any product.

I thinkit is great that they will call you and talk to you about what they are doing. Not many do that.. KEN
 
I sent in my Compadre once to be checked out[It was under warranty] and they did get back to me with a phone call but,with my Silver Sabre II which was not under warranty I did not recieve any phone calls about it's status,had to call myself which is fine and all but,I didn't get any calls as of when or if it was shipped when it was done.Had to call again yesterday after talking with them the day before as to if it was shipped or not,got a tracking number over the phone and found that kinda of odd that they didn't at least call me or something to at least have that.Other than this they have been very great to deal with and customer service is top notch.
