Years ago I bought my two sons machines....Amigo & Silver Sabre. Over time, they got a few problems common with age, speaker & headphone plugs. I decided to send both in to Tesoro for repairs so my granddaughter and adopted son could use them in the future. I sent both in together about two weeks ago and got them back yesterday. They replaced a speaker, headphone plug in, and calibrated both. No charge for either one. Tesoro Service is #1 in the industry.
