Tesoro Customer Service A+

Years ago I bought my two sons machines....Amigo & Silver Sabre. Over time, they got a few problems common with age, speaker & headphone plugs. I decided to send both in to Tesoro for repairs so my granddaughter and adopted son could use them in the future. I sent both in together about two weeks ago and got them back yesterday. They replaced a speaker, headphone plug in, and calibrated both. No charge for either one. Tesoro Service is #1 in the industry.
 
Thats a fast turnaround . I had a off brand detector that took 6 months to come back , 2 weeks is a walk in the park.
 
That sure is great. Now the kids will have a good time out detecting. Sure hope everything goes good for them... KEN

You sure wouldn't get that service from the other detector companies. Hell, I think the other companies have a charge before they even start a repair, if it's out of warranty obviously. -Jay
 
One thing for sure- Tesoro is good at customer service. When you call them you get a real person with no phone menu's for starters. Even their president will take time to shoot the breeze with you about detecting and I am sure he is a busy man.
