Tesoro Conquistador Thoughts

Never hear very much about the Tesoro Conquistador, anyone have or had one and what ya think of it. Thanks! Steve.

I just bought a used one and will be getting it in about 2 weeks. Don't know if, after using TID detectors for sooo long, I can get back into a beep/dig machine. Also, lacking a GB, it might have difficulty in my ground. Regardless, the Tesoros that I HAVE used were really decent detectors. ..Willy.

OH,

I think you'll like it Willy. Single tone analog Tesoro'es are a pleasure.

The Conquistador appears to be a Cibola, but not with H.O.T. circutry.

There is an internal GB pot you can tweek. It's sensative, but I found it

easy to adjust GB on my Silver Sabre uMax, which is simular.

I would like to give the Conquistador a go myself.

But I already have two 10kHz Tesoro'es.

The Euro Sabre and SS uMax. Plus the V and 2 Compadres.

Happy Hunting,

Tabdog
