Tesoro Cibola - Volume ?

mackle

New member
Just started using a brand new Cibola. The volume (both speaker and headphones) was great for about 5 minutes. Then it suddenly went to a very faint sound. I can barely hear beeps now. I removed the New battery and replaced it. Still very little volume. Any ideas?
thanks,
mackle - North Carolina

Sometimes the prong on the headphones make the switch stick inside if you have some electronic cleaner and lube give it a slight spray inside the headphone jack . I had this happen on a old bandito once and it solved the problem just a thought

Check to make sure you haven't turned the threshold way down as where it is set can affect how loud you hear a beep.

thanks for your consideration, responses.
I called Tesoro Support... Nicest people ever. We went through some trouble-shooting / double-checking... decided it needed to go back to the factory. Probably a simple fix, but I'd rather they do it in-house and make it right. I'm sure they'll handle it prompltly.

The few times I've sent anything in to Tesoro it was taken care of and showed up on my step within 10 days.
