Tesero Service Rocks!

Well I got my Golden in yesterday. It looked like it had never been used. I did notice that the bottom rod was metal with a piece of plactic sticking out about 6" below to the coil. I also noticed a metal screw holding the coil on. Now there is nothing in the world wrong with either of these issues. I just noticed it. I put that bad boy together and tried her out! Man I got me some learning to do! I did really like the unit and the tones. I felt that that plastic end was a tad wobbly.

I went inside and it is just a wee bit wobbly? Well it really did not bother me but I called Tesoro to ask about it? Guess what they are sending me a new plastic piece as well as a nylon bolt for the coil!!! The price? Nothing!! Man I was blown away by that, Beale.

They are great, I don't know how they can do it. I wonder if they still fix any Tesoro macvhine for free, Even if you bought it from someone else. Thats what blew me away. Great Company and I love Tesoros.

Tesoro has the best Customer Service I have ever seen. Not just for detectors, I mean any industry! I sometimes wonder how they do it and how it effects the "Bottom Line". They fix/repair detectors that there is no way they should be repairing or even touching under warranty! They are really good folks!

Service is great there. I've been expecting an upper shaft for my Silver for a while, but haven't received it yet. They approved sending me a new one a month ago, but I guess they must be on backorder. Mine still is useable, but the upper plastic tightening nut broke. Needless to say, it's creaking and a little wobbly, but that machine has found me a ton of stuff.
