Teknetics T2 Green machine?

Are these that great a machine? I have been looking for one to come up for sale on the forums and have yet to see one. I use to have a T2SE and like a dummy got rid of it. I never used the boost or cache modes so I figured I could find one of the T2 standards and it would suit me fine. Now all I see is the LTD'S and SE'S come up for sale and theyre priced over my budget. I done a search on Google and came across a Chinese counterfeiter web site so guys be careful if your looking for one.

One of the best single frequency detectors I have ever owned.

Plenty deep........ Light weight.............. lightening fast recovery.................a great iron elimination 40 setting...has all the tone settings I like. Unlike the new SE's

Wish I still had mine. Like you, I can't find one for sale. One of these, and a Multi frequency detector is all a person would ever need for land hunting.

I sold my T2ltd when someone offered me a good price,i still use my standard T2 and i personally cannot see much differance,i junked the stock coil and mainly use the NEL 9.5'' x5.5'' Sharpshooter coil these days, its the best detector/coil combination i think i have used in a very long time.

Really great on junky sites and good depth as well.

I agree with MegaB, and his windows comment. I own 2. Why not buy yourself a new one? 5 year warranty. Great service department. American made. Long battery life. Heck the clad you can find with one in 5 years would more than pay for it, if you got out about once a week. You can't say that about the high end machines, that eat batteries like candy and have 2 year warranties. JMO.

A great detector. I just got mine in July. I love it. I have the stock coil and the small one. The small coil kills in trash and iron. I've never used the SE model, so I can't compare. Mine is not for sale eother.

I got one pretty early on before there was an SE or LTD. Still have it and it's chasing the tail of my BH Time Ranger as my favorite. Sometimes it's a little too high-strung for my hunting style while the Time Ranger is staid and solid. The T2 whoops it in detection speed and separating multiple targets. That's where it really shines. Tones is tones, you learn 'em as you go, but raw power and speed, that counts in getting more good signals into your ears.

I have the T2 ltd and ill never sell it, its one of the best and deepest machines ive owned

I just bought a 6.0 version Green T2. Mine is a early one with the 2 piece lower shaft. I think they are the best relic machines out there.................MO

I have a T2se & it's a wonderful machine when your not around power lines. I use the 15"/12" set coil on it. Talk about deep & ground coverage. I closeted my 1021 cz-3d because of this set up for relics.I dig less trash at or deeper than the CZ. Now around power lines I use the G2 13" ultimate coil combo. Quiet as a church mouse & pretty deep. HH TIM
