i have this very nice Teknetics Mark 1 --great cosmetic condition but doesn't work --needs battery clip repair --probably has a circuitry problem also -just dont know --i am not a repair technician --i did disassemble the unit -looking for a simple repair (such as a loose wire) -the circuit board is new looking --no signs of any "work" or any damage (such as battery acid or water ) ---the meter is clear -no blemishes --the housing looks great --removed the side decals -- you would have a nice detector -i would just rather sell /need the funds -if you can repair yourself or send to KW -the teknetics repair man ---i bought 8 new blue capped knobs from Radio Shack --will be included --- has the 7.25" coil , thanks for looking , rick
