Teknetics G2 or T2SE ?? which is better for gold jewelry?
Which headphones are the best for that metal detectors?

Both are very good for gold jewelry. Most gold jewelry is found in areas where there's lots of EMI. The G2 will be your best pick for those kinds of areas.

For a faction of the cost, a Compadre will hold its own when it comes to finding gold jewelry.

Killer B Wasp headphones work great for me on all my detectors.

Have hunted with the G2 for a little over a year but just traded it for a new T2. There is no doubt the T2 is high strung when the sensitivity is turned up and subject to EMI, but seldom had an issue with the G2. Just a few hours swinging the coil on the T2 but the G2 is an awesome machine in the trash and super simple to set up and run. I am just in an unusual situation where depth takes precedence in an area I am hunting and few machines have a better reputation for punching down than the T2. The G2 loves gold no doubt and would not hesitate to recommend it. As for the headphones the Killer B's are as good as it gets. I have had a set for about a year and just got the wasp. Will be using my Killer B II's for a back-up pair.
