Went to there web site and filled out there form for possible problem question on my T2(Green) unit. It's been about a week now with no response. I hope this not normal. Any suggestion for net step?

Yep Better to call them on the phone they are not the only ones that rarely answer emails a lot of the manuf do not until they are working on your machine and then they will call and email you

There is a guy on here named exhab that just sent his in with a problem and I think he already got his back.Maybe he will see the post and respond.I wish you all the luck.HH

Yeah I called them and got a return number and was asked to send it to them.

Got it back in a reasonable amount of time.

no problems on my end

A phone call will eliminate many perceived problems with service.

Web sites are primarily for advertising of products. I have learned once you call First Texas get the appropriate numbers for returning the product you then send it in...It is checked out.

You are then contacted by service via either e-mail, or phone call... At that point you either say fix it..if out of warranty..Or they advise you warranty is covering the product...

I think you jumped the gun by posting this complaint ,and you did not put forth enough effort to make an appropriate contact with First Texas.......:poke:......So give them a call if you haven't done so El ......

Any website that gives the reader the option to contact and ask questions.....then doesn't answer those emails, is bad customer service. Perhaps it would be better for some websites to Not give the Contact-Form, rather than give false hope of response. If it were me I'd only give the website 24hrs to email, then I'd call.
