Tek Customer Service & Repair- Happy Ending

Hello all,

For those interested, the diagnosis for my G2 coil was a shielding problem (which several people noted as the likely culprit). Having spoken to Felix, I sent the coil in a few weeks back and had it returned to me within 10 days. I finally had a chance to test it a few days ago (before the blizzard hit) and she is back to her old whisper-quiet self.

Bottom line without getting into specifics- Felix and company took care of me and I could not have gotten better attention and service. Many thanks for all the help and guidance from those who chimed in here and thanks again to the guys at Teknetics.

Dave...I am happy that you are back in business. The folks at FT are pretty good at what they do and are getting better all the time with electronic repair and customer relations. Happy Hunting!
