Tejon Tuning

I've been reading that Cibolas and Vaqueros can be "super tuned." Can this be done on a Tejon? How is it done (same a C/V)? Do you really get extra depth from the machine? Any other advantages? Thanks!

Nope,, the Tejon already has the threshold setting maxed out in disc. mode. There is no way to manually adjust it. The threshold adjustment only affects the all metal mode on the Tejon. In my opinion this is a negative thing. In some areas this might be fine, but in other areas it could cause instability and the only way to smooth it out is by lowering your sensitivity, causing lose of depth... Vaquero has the advantage here by giving you an adjustment on the threshold setting in disc. mode...... Dave
