Tejon+Ring=Happy little Ballerina

As I had stated in an earlier post, I would be giving this little gold ring I found with the Tejon to my 6 year old after her last performance with the Boston Dance Company in the Nutcracker Ballet. So here is a close up after the ring had been polished up and put on her pinky.
This means more to me than simply going out and buying one, 'cause I sure worked my tail off by digging tons of trash all summer to find this finally three weeks ago. Kind of like shoveling that last pile of dirt out of a long ditch under a July midday sun.
Well gotta go scrape some ice off the beach and go detecting.

MagnumPi's two girls danced last night with the Russian Ballet in Biloxi.
That is a beautiful ring that both you and your daughter will cherish forever. Don't forget to continue telling her the story how you found it as she grows up.
Maybe one day she will pass it on to her daughter and your grandaughter...
