Tejon or Eldorado?

I've been using the Silver umax for about 2 years now and would like something new. Can't seem to decide between the Edorado or the Tejon. Any experienced users out there that can help.
Thanks,
Paul

Tejon. It's a little more money but it sure does hit the good stuff. I never really thought I was getting the depth I needed out of my Eldorado at a few sites. I did dig a bunch of stuff with my Eldorado and it is very versital when you have a 10X12 coil and a smaller 7" coil. I really did like it so it is a very good machine too. It's lighter than the Tejon.
It all depends on the type of hunting you want to do. I'm selling my Eldorado because I just won't use it anymore.

hello there,
I'm in much the same boat as Paul.... tossing up between the Eldorado and Tejon.... mainly for work around old pubs etc but some park work also... I have an Explorer but really need something a bit lighter that I can swing all day...... or perhaps use later in the day after the Explorer becomes too much....... also any Tejon users I'm wondering about the actual battery life your getting out of the 8x AA's?
cheers for any comments....
CS.
