Tejon on Jewelry

CladDog

New member
Has anyone ever tested the Tejon on thin gold chains and earrings?

If so, would you be willing to share your results?

Maybe more than you ask for, but here is the results from some of my testing.

Not at all Ron.

That was very helpful. Your information is much appreciated!

Thanks, seems the Tejon won out in my opinion. The F75 and that little elliptical tied the Tejon in that last round of testing, but if you notice the Tejon had the same results with that big 9x8 coil, that is why I give the win to the Tejon, all in all the the Tejon just hits hard on just about any gold and the coil doesn't seem to make a lot of difference. But I only have the 2 coils the stock 9x8 and 5.75 concentric. My brother MarkCZ has a Tejon with the 5.75 widescan, maybe some day I will get hold of it and get some numbers.

The only detectors I have left out of the four is the Tejon and the 1270. No need to have all that money tied up in detectors if the the Tejon will do the gold and the 1270 will do the silver. And if I was a relic hunter I would be loaded for bear.

Glad to share my testing results.
