Love the Tejon recently traded for it and just like the one I use to have a very deep machine this is the 25th Anniversary model according to the sticker with the serial number . cranked the sens up to 10 and was surprised at very little chatter . right before finding a 1918 D Merc which is in very good shape I dug a complete 22 caliber shell at well over 9 inches .

You're right about the Tejon being deep. I've found some really deep nickels and buttons with mine. It also loves lead.keep watch on the forums I have seen some go dirt cheap cause people don't want to take the time to learn them . They are not a machine that can be learned overnight as I have found out. I had one about two yrs ago and sold it as I was one of those guys LOL . I will learn this machine inside out if it kills me . Tried to find vids on setting s but no one has made any I guess. Kind of figure it is a trial and error thing. got a few great points on target checking from a couple guys and also from reading a lot of posts that have helped me .
