Tejon For Meteorites?

Was wondering if anyone has used the Tejon for meteorites. Would the ed 180 circuit discriminate out an iron meteorite at its lowest setting? Seems to me it is definitely sensitive enough to find em! Any experiences?

Seems to me that if you set it min disc the Tejon will still pick up iron. If you set it just to knock out small nails, it will still pick up the types of metal in meteorites.

I found a 72 gram Stony Chondrite meteorite with the Tejon using no discrimination. I was using the stock 9x8 coil and gave me a great sound when I came across it.

Discrimination was turned all the way down.

Thanks for the info! Should prove to be an excellent detector! Mine should be here by next weekend! cant wait! Will be my second tesoro! Already picked up the 5.5 inch dd coil for it.
