TEJON COMING SOON

Been wanting to try a Tejon for some time, and finally have one coming next week.
Wasn't sure that since I own a Vaquero already it was a wise choice, but I do like some of the added features of the Tejon, it reminds me of the Fisher 1266x, one of my favorite all time detectors.
I have a hard hunted picnic grove that should tell me if the Tejon is deeper than the 1266x and Fisher cz's that I have used there in the past. Pretty big shoes to fill, but it may be up to the task.

I have read about everything I can find on the Tejon online and it is mostly good reviews with a couple that didn't seem to care for the detector. I'm thinking maybe the guys that didn't like it didn't have it set up
correct for their hunting conditions. Since I'm very familiar with the V, the ground balance should be a snap especially after reading some tips and tricks on it. Looking forward to getting the detector out in the field
and digging some targets. I have the 5.75" concentric coil for my V....would the 12x10 DD coil be a good addition for both detectors? Any advice or recomendations would be appreciated.....HH..

Congrats on the new Tejon I am new to it but so far it's a great machine!!

Hi Roger, The Tejon is a fantastic detector & alot of fun to use. Let us know your thoughts after you give it a whirl.

I'm looking forward to getting the Tejon and hitting a couple of hard hunted sites to see if it will pull a few deeps coins.
Hope to have some results to post.......HH
