Hi I have a Tejon coming it will have the 9x8 and a 5.7 concentric coils what larger size would be best for me. i live in North Carolina in my Area it is mostly sandy soil.

The 9X8 will do quite well for general hunting and the 5.7 will be good coin shooting in trashy areas etc. I'd consider getting to know the new machine with those two coils before jumping to a larger one. At that time, the 10X12 either widescan (if your soil is mineralized) or the 10X12 concentric is probably your best choices.

The cleansweep is the way to go. Its a DD, easy to PP with and can cover alot of beach with it. I prefer a HF coil on the beach for the jewelery. Wish more MFGs. made a cleansweep coil like that. I had one with my Tejon and Silver uMax. HH
