Here is the current testing results, that I did to include the 5.75" widescan coil my brother MarkCZ brought over. I retested all the Tejon coils because I could remember the test items that I used the first go around.
Hi Ron, I hope someone chimes in on your question regarding silver coins and the Tejon. Ive been wondering the same thing, given its high operating frequency.
Thanks for the air test info, it appears the tejon has no issues seeing the gold, especially with the little widescan!
Believe me guys, I am far from any expert. But yes my T has found me a fair bit of silver coins. This year I worked a particular field with my A.T.Pro. The last two years before that I used my Tejon. I will try to dig up a pic of my Last year Tejon silvers from that field.
I am in a small town that has been worked hard. I was quite delighted with last years silver with my Tejon. The tiny coins in the second row are called ''fish scale'' nickles. Sterling silver and smaller\thinner than the dimes above. The T has no problem picking those up.
