Tejon 12" x 10" Widescan or SEF coil?

Anybody compare Tesoro 12" x 10" Widescan vs SEF 12" x 10" coils for Tejon?

The 12x10SEF coil should go deeper than the 12x10widescan, but the SEF will have a smaller target area.

To me that would be a good thing when relic hunting because the larger target area tends to increase masking.

Was that a Vaquero? Where can I get that coil?
Even though it was in sand it was still pretty impressive.
I think Santa is bringing me a Vaquero for Christmas and already I am shopping coils!

Kellyco is selling them. I don't know if anybody else is. I look forward to getting one. Depth was amazing. I hope Tesoro comes out with some new coils and would like to see another water detector come out.

Using Tesoro's makes it's hard to switch to a different detectors. I really like my Tejon and works great in iron trash too. I'm anxious to try the 5x10 and 5.75 widescan coils too.

Oh, and great video.

Rick

They are available from Bulgaria if you can't wait for Kelly to get them.
Actually cheaper than Kelly before shipping.

That video is sure tempting me.........

That will be the day that KellyCo sells Tesoro specific products... I hope you are right. Never heard of SEF for Tesoro. Hope it is for real and not just some Chinese junk copy.

Can somebody post the web site to the Bulgaria SEF coils?

thanks,
Rick

Can't post web address to non forum sponsors that are selling products related to treasure hunting.
But, look close at the pictures I posted!!

detech in england has them in stock, but get ready to get your wallet out, they aint cheap, that tejon you use to swing all day with the stock coil, its not happening here, this coil throws the balance out the door. i have one for both my tejon and mxt,,,had to buy the swingy thing. ive dug a bunch of bullets and buttons with both, but in my opinion the pinpoint on both coils suck, just plan on digging a wide and deep hole, by the way, im talking about the 12 by 15 coils.
