Just above their post, where it says Posted By, you should see a Send E-mail.

Which will work provided that they have set that up. If you notice, you can't send him one because the "Send E-Mail" isn't there.
 
It's pretty much a no-brainer.
Click on <STRONG>"Edit Profile"</STRONG> at the top of the page and where it says <STRONG>"Your E-mail Address"</STRONG> you put in <STRONG>YOUR E-MAIL ADDRESS.</STRONG> <img src="/metal/html/shrug.gif" border=0 width=37 height=15 alt=":shrug">
