Tdi arrived....real world test soon

Well my TDI Pro OZ series arrived today - slightly used and a great trade for the AT Gold. Seems nicely balanced and the lithium batteries are really beasty! I think this will have some grunt. Such a shame the machine is not waterproof as it sounds great. Air tests amazing depth! Wonder what it is like in the real world and will put it head to head with the ATX. I have a feeling the ATX and 8 inch mono will become my water machine and the tdi - maybe for deep sand as it is lighter to swing. Or just for something different. Over winter I may modify the TDI to be waterproof.

The ATX is a grat machine also but I really wish it was a similar form factor as the whites. Stock coils etc.

Will update you on progress with the whites machine. It will be interesting to use after swinging the ATX for so long!
 
yup, a crying shame and missed opportunity from White's that they never delivered what many have been asking for...a WATERPROOF TDI!!!

Have fun with the new TDI - that was one great trade you made there!
