Target Readings for just Rings

Bullfrog

New member
Thanks for giving me target readings covering coins, relics, and junk targets! But I noticed rings were missing! Can anyone provide or know where I can get Target Readings for Rings for the E-Trac: Silver, Platinum, Gold, etc? I know gold has allot of variations, covering a wide reading span, on other detectors! On the Explorer II, allot of gold rings came in at 11-01, 11-02, 11-03. Silver Rings, were almost consistent with dime readings on other detectors, with little variation. I'm not sure about any other rings! Since the E-Trac has a target reading system unlike other:minelab:units before it, any help would be greatly appreciated! THANKS! :detecting:

I also tested a lot of gold rings on mine but never posted the results as they pretty much mimicked the results of the post by the other person. When I get home from work later tonight I will post the numbers from my ring tests. The largest majority of gold and platinum rings fell between 12-1 and 12-13.

I was really looking forward to his posts. He has great insight and always good info. We E-TRAC'ers lost a great assett when we lost Charles. BUT...we still have Jim !!!! (and everyone else) :clapping:

Charles and I are good friends and talk all the time. We hunted together on the SJ Beaches all last Winter. He should be coming back to SJ after the first of the year.
