Talked to Miss Betty, Queen / Ruler of Elsonia .....

Elson was out trying to find a part for their generator. All the neighbors have power now.

The Cajun nation of Elsonia will be without power until the castle (Elson and Betty's house) is repaired enough to reconnect the power. Roof damage was pretty extensive. Betty said it may be several more weeks until they can get to the point where power can be restored to their home.

They are VERY glad Ike is not visiting them but feel sorry for those Texans.

No more news until I hear something from Elson.
