Talk about a explosive black Friday

I want back to a old spot that I've dug gardiner explosive bullets at today. Before there was a electric fence there & you couldn't get within 10' of it or your detector would go nuts. I walked right in to the last spot I dug them & a ground hog had dug one up for me. It was in its tailing pile from his hole. Right next to it was another one about 9" deep. Just like EJ I make a living at hammered out spots. It just shows that things change in areas you hunt. Don't give up on old spots that are proven producers. Now the last time I hunted this spot was with a cz. I had my G2 & it's great in iron. These are rare as hens teeth guys. Thanks for looking & HH

Great job and way to hit that "hunted out" spot. I've never dug one of those but one day  CCH

Great finds. Most of what I find at my sites are bullets.

Yes the nose held a copper sphere that was filled with fulminate of mercury. The had slow burning powder in the fuse train. It was supposed to have a second & a quarter after it was shot before it blew up.
