I have never done that and wonder why they never seem to land on rocks at the bottom of those drop offs. They do them a lot here in early spring when the brooks are running hard or after a big rain. Summer, here the brooks are pretty slow running. Wish I was younger, I'd give it a shot. Looks like it would keep the adrenalin running pretty good.

when we visited Mikie and Alice, but one of them DOES look familiar. I think Royal and I both had our picture taken in front of it. Royal, do you or Mikie know which one I am talking about?

The rafting looks fun, but probably a bit tooooooo much action for me! :)

he was in Nelson. At one time he owned the Wild Rose restaurent in New Denver, the young ones move around.
 
I am not a "water person", much less interested in riding an inner tube boat over a waterfall cliff or down a river full of sharp rocks. This is interesting to watch, but not to do...Randy Speers and his buddies are brave folks! Please have a great day! Kelley (Texas) :)
