Take a close look at this picture ......

I took this on our fishing trip a couple weeks back. I had just gotten back on the boat after a half hour of beachcombing and enjoying the area and decided to take a couple shots of the cove which is on an Island called "Edward King" Right on the edge of the open pacific, it is the last piece of rock between BC and Asia or Hawaii.
Tell me please if you see anything unusual in the photo, keeping in mind that i was scrambling all over those rocks and saw nothing until i tranferred the picks to my computer and reviewed them.

There were three of us there for an hour, walking around. Then the boat was anchored while we made lunch. I cannot understand why none of us saw it.

For some reason, there are times when something will show up in a photo that you did not see while at a certain location. It is a known fact that folks looking for Spanish treasure signs will see them in a photo taken of the area, and wonder why they did not notice them with their eyes while at that location.

Your eyes can be fooled. When I look for arrowheads, I do not look for something in the shape of an arrowhead, but rather look for rocks of a different color than the normal surrounding rocks...something that is "out of place" among the normal rocks.

That sure is a beautiful area to live. I was hoping that there was a bear watching you from behind a rock or something. There appears to me to be two heads, not one. This has been fun, thanks for sharing. Please have a great day! Kelley (Texas)

I think that a photo allows one to look at an image with no distractions, like wind, sound, heat, cold.
