Well, we didn't tear it up by any means but we did dig some goodies along with a ton of small lead. This field is about 11 miles from perryville and was a small union camp, it has been plowed before also. We've taken a number of goods over the years here and part of the challenge is that an old barn was burnt down real close and alot of nails and iron litter the spot. Will say the t2s performed flawlessly and pulled a few keepers from the iron. The two eagle buttons my brother dug with his t2 are in bad shape but they are what they are. I am impressed with the ratphones, they work great in the t2, my headgear of choice. I have some in the field pics but i can't get them small enough, so heres a couple from the bench...Had a great time, HH.
