T2 Wireless headphones

Why on earth haven't Teknetics came into the 21st century and kept up with the big boys regarding Wireless headphones,
surely this isn't a difficult thing to do. I love my T2 but the freedom of Wireless headphones would make it perfect. I know you
can buy off the shelf sets but apparently there can be a time lag with them resulting in you hearing the target two feet away
from where it actually is. Any body out there that have got a set that actually work and can hold a charge for a full 8 hours detecting.
any comments gratefully recieved. I'm in Scotland by the way.

Hi"
As an XP Goldmax Power & Adventis 2 user here in the UK Im used to using cordless Headphones which are great but unfortunatly these only work with the XP detectors due to the circuit boards in the machines,Im thinking of buying a Teknetics T2 Ltd myself and have asked the same question on several forums as I dont really want to go back to being tied to the detector.
There are apparently are 2 cordless headphone models that work & have no time delay.

hello guys ,after doing reasearch and ordering rapoo h3070 from newegg,i find no time delay in response, although the tone is a little different .I have tried these on my teks t2se,and omega!I spent a ton of time tracking these down by the way they are rechargeable on the usb port --2 hr. charge=6 hrs. use hope this helps---Bern

Hi
The Rapoo headphones will be my first choice when I buy the T2 as Bern and others have told me no time delay Iv also been told the single channel Highland Inovations model also works well, others have told me to try the Bluetooth models but a lot more have said they don't work too great.
If you have found a set of Bluetooth headphones that work well with the T2 why don't you share the make and model with us.

The make was Logitech which model i cannot remember due to the fact they had been bought about 5 years ago and as they had been totally cannibalize into different housings to give better battery life and also to plug in normal headphones,i did mention that i used them for a few years mainly on my Troy X5 and DFX and it did the trick.I still have the setup but i tend to use the wired xp backphones due to not liking heavy ear cups especially during hot weather but they do for all i need.

One day i may look into getting another setup made.

Yea I've seen and had a go of the rapoo headphones, but they feel very flimsy and have a short battery life, over here in Scotland we have a lot
of high winds and they don't cut the wind out very well. It seems the only real substantial hard wearing, designed for detecting headphones are
the highland inovations ones. If a company were to take up the gauntlet on this and design a rugged long battery life, decent cordless headphones
for any type of detector and at an affordable price they would be on to a fortune. Maybe I'll do it myself. Who wants a pair? LOL.
