t2 vs racer2

I do own a T2 but from reading reviews the Racer2 seems to handle salt water condition far better, dont take that as Gospel, but you may get away with using the T2 but its not the No1 one machine for wet beaches. On dry sand any machine will work but on wet sand its a different ball game.

Not sure about the Racer 2 for relic hunting but the T2 has been very kind too me over the years while hunting for deep targets, the T2 is one of my all time favourite detectors, simplicity in setting it up and has been around for about a decade or so,seen the 1st T2 here in the UK back in 2006 if i recall correctly, and got mine in 2008 and it had 1000s of hours on the clock and found me some stunning finds along the way, cannot ask much more than that.
