General Rules

The Finds Treasure Forum Classifieds is for individual use only with the exception of banner advertising buyers. Those buyers may advertise their traded in, discontinued models, etc.

Individual sellers may post their normal unwanted detectors, or accessories in assigned classified forums, but they  cannot exceed (1) one item in a (3) three month period for each classified forum.

Only For Sale, For Trade, or Wanted to Buy ads are allowed.

Only Forum Members Registered for  90 days or longer that have more than 24 significant posts in our other forums, may post For Sale or Trade ads.

Rules for Non Sponsoring Sellers:

  • Items for sale, or for trade, should be your own personal property and be accurately described.
  • Your for sale or trade post should be self contained, without references to another site where you may also have it for sale.
  • Do not put links to eBay.
  • Do not put links to other forums where you may also have the same item for sale or trade.
  • Dealers are not allowed to post in Classifieds unless they are a sponsor.

Advertisements not adhering to the above rules will be deleted without warning or notification.

T2 S E Upgrade just back from the States

My machine came back 27th January BUT minus its lower stem and coil holding bolt .I do hope Tekenics get a move on with those bits back to me .Cant use the machine without them. ALSO why cant the upgrade be done in the UK?? its expensive to ship them to the states.
 
Brain,if your require a bottom rod urgently i have 2 spare ones that you can borrow mate,if you need one send me your address via PM and i will get one over to you so that you can still detect and a coil bolt as well.
 
Thanks that is very kind. As luck would have it I bought one to house the Sharpshooter coil so I am ok.Plus with my ticker its too cold at the moment to go out.
 
You are asking for waaaaaaaaaay too much. For First Texas to actually check to be sure ALL parts are included Before shipping to anywhere,especially overseas, well you are just asking for toooooooooo much.
Good luck----hope you get your parts. Stuff like this makes one want to give up on some businesses.
 
If someone sends a complete detector in for either repair or the upgrade and he has paid for it to the makers of the detector then you expect it to come back complete,if not something is drastically wrong with the companies quality control in the dispatch area or what ever department it was that left the bottom rod out of the shipment.

I fully understand that mistakes can be made but to make comments like someone above is a little bizzare if you ask me,it makes no odds if its a internal US shipment or a overseas shipment they are all customers of the same level to the company.
