T2 first time out with the 5" coil.

Went to a site I've been to a lot. Hunted it good with the ATpro and 5x8 coil last year. I was looking to test the T2 in the most iron infested area at a place I hunted hard. The results were very good. Picked a few flat buttons, thimble, some forged tools and a very cool salt shaker with glass insert. The forks look to have a full name instead of the usual initials. I was very happy the with the 5" coil most targets were in the depth of 5" or so. I ran disc. 30 sens. 80 in 3 tone. T2 extremely light with the small coil. HH Dutch

The little 5inch coil on the T2 can be a very deadly combination and i have to admit its reasonably deep as well, when you put this coil onto the shaft the 1st time you think it looks really stupid but the magic of this coil is that you can hit targets in between stubble and also on sites with alot of trash and rubbish and that is why every owner should carry one.

The stock coil is great for every day detecting but no one coil can do it all hence this is the reason this little fella can also reach under bushes and other tight places that a normal coil wont reach, another thing with this coil you can run it with the setting reasonably high.

It certainly gets my vote.

I use my 5 inch coil often in trash ridden parks and places. It does a great job and is deeper then you can imagine. I hunt with a Buddy who uses a 5X8 coil on his Explorer and read everything he does. The 5 inch coil is a must have coil.
