T2-any coils between the stock coil and the 5inch ???

Mega

New member
I have the T2 with the stock coil and 5inch and also the big SEF coils for pasture the trouble that i am having is stubble and the stock coil just does not do it when the stubble is about 5inches high and when you are detecting say a 100 acre barley stubble foield like i was yesterday then the 5inch is a waste of time, its great on trashy ground but a total waste of time on short stubble.

So does anyone make a coil in between say the stock coil and the 5inch maybe around the 8inch mark, the only one that i can find is the SEF 8x6 but i cannot find anyone that has used this on a T2 with success ??? i have the much bigger SEF coils and they work very well and also alot of people have left good feedback so one can buy these coil and feel confident about them but the smallest version i cannot get any feedback what so ever.

So does anyone use this coil and are they worth it especially for fields that have just be cut and this will be like this for the next few months till the stubble rots then we can get back onto the bigger coils agains.
