T2 and Fisher CZ3

Went hunting with my buddy that uses a Fisher. We went to an old Gold Rush camp. He out hunted me with his Fisher I did find some cool relics but he found the coins and the badge and his fisher locked on each target and the T2 read everything in the ground. His detector was a lot easier to lock on targets with his five inch coil and 0 sens.

I would say he out hunted me but I am not unhappy with my finds and they are all keepers. Just was wondering if the T2 had a small coil would it hunt and lock on targets as well as the Fsiher did? And if the the T2 had a smaller coil would it do less averaging and really give the true number value of the target?

YES A BIG FAT ZERO AND HE COULD GET 4 INCHES
