T2 A Couple Of Months On

Pacman

New member
Unearthed this nice little silver coin a short while ago with the T2. Only had the machine a few months now but getting the hang of it and it is so simple to use.
The coin has had a hole punched through it which I believe was to devalue the coin at a later date around the 1700's.
Its a nice little Charles II silver 2d dated 1672 and was about 5" down in pasture with sensitivity set at 72, 2+ tone and discrim at 10, gave a nice 2 way sound, just thought I would share this with other T2 users.
Good hunting

Great coin. They would usually put a hole in the coin and put it on a string and wear it around their neck to keep it from getting lost.
