Hello last thursday a friend found this buckle , it comes with the number on back 716, what does this number represents and how mucho its w orth, thanks

TIME THERE. GEN. GEORGE WASHINGTON SENT A GEN. SULLVAN THROUGH THIS AREA TO FIGHT INDIANS. THE GEN. STORE HOUSE
WITCH IS NOW KNOWN AS THE OLD MILL THE BUCKEL WAS A SUPPERISE AS I WAS HUNTING ON THIS MANS PROP. AND HE STILL
HAS A LEGGER WITH THE SOLDERS NAME IN THE BOOK. ONLY AFTER DOING RESERCH I FOND THE FORMER SON WAS IN THE CIVIL WAR


THERE IS MORE TO BE FOUND IN THIS AREA BUT I WILL NEVER LIVE LONG ENOUGH TO SEARCH IT ALL.
