I took my equinox 800 out in the water for the first time. I was concerned about it leaking after reading numerous posts about it. I did splendid. I have the water proof Patriot headphones. Love them give a loud clear signal. I also have Steve's custom rod with counter weight. It's works like a dream. Can swing away without fatigue. I highly recommend both. Found my 1st gold ring with my Equinox hope to add to that collection.
