Betty's post reminded me. In Arizona there are 2 big cities and these are the only places in the whole state that requires an emissions test. If you live outside the city/county you are exempt. Anyone else have this set up ? Steve in so az
 
we have 44 counties. Out of all those counties only 1, Ada County, has emissions testing. Boise is in Ada County, so I believe that is the only reason for the emissions test.
