Surprises of the V3i ........................

While learning..........The V3i .......... I have learned this detector has multi programs installed For example A MXT program.....using high frequencies, and more sensitivity..
This should be excellent for finding rings................. More I learn, the more I like it..

The MXT program is OK but the V3i programs/frequencies are superior.....especially for ring hunting.... IMHO.

I do believe you are correct on that Larry. 22.5 versus 13KHZ on the Mxt ......... correct ?????

This V3i is one interesting metal detector...

The MXT program really doesn't emulate the MXT. IMHO Do you know why you like the Hi Pro better? What does it do different for you Elton? Look at the 2 programs in the manual and check the differences.

A few numbers one way or the other.and the filter differences.

That is what the MXT uses but that frequency is not available on the V3i so 22.5 is used instead. I much prefer three frequency or Correlate in the trash.
