Here is a copy of a Fisher news letter to dealers about the release of the F-75 & F-4 Fisher detectors.

Thought all would like to see this.

Dear Metal Detector Enthusiast:

We have some exciting announcements to make.
First, we would like to put to rest any questions about our new products.
We apologize for the delay in shipping of these units but we are now ready to release them.

We at Fisher Labs believe that the F75 might just make all other $1000+ multi purpose metal detectors obsolete. This was the intention of our world class design team. And critical field tests confirm that the F75 is an exceptionally well engineered machine.

Furthermore, we believe that the F4 is the best machine in its price range and will deliver big results for less investment.

The F75 will ship on March 5.

The F4 will ship on March 30.

The pricing we previously communicated is still in effect.

On a broader scale, we intend over the next two years to introduce several new detectors. We intend to augment our assortment of gold machines, strengthen our water machine, and add several more multi purpose machines to our offering. All told we expect to have somewhere near 6 new machines by close of 2008.

One last thing, regarding warranty, our communication on May 22nd 2006 regarding Fisher warranties is still valid. We honor the warranties of any Fisher products purchased with a lifetime warranty. This has not changed. I have enclosed that letter just in case you have customers that are in doubt.

Thanks
Tim Mallory

With only days to the official release there must be a test report around somewhere.

The screen set up is a little different and the All Metals on the opposite side to the T2.

The couple of extras are useful but the BIG question is what frequency will the F75 use as the T2 seem to have it about right for all round detecting.;)Jerry.

Bill....when is fisher going to put something about these two machines on their website. With their release in just a couple of weeks thought maybe they would have them listed in their Detector line up but didn't see anything yet. Have they sent you a release date on when their going to list these two machines....Thanks
