SURPRISE, SURPRISE, SURPRISE....as Gomer Pyles would say and although ......

I'm not an Az Steve, the Goldfinder or a Mike in Mi finding all those fantstic oldies...I did get out today and went detecting! Weather was beautiful, sunny and warm...80 degrees...with a gusty breeze blowing, but not a cold wind and the ground was just right. Detector worked great, I thoroughly enjoyed being out and not doing leaves, and really did well with the coin finds. No silver, gold or jewelry but I found 33 Quarters, 31 dimes, 16 nickels and 26 pennies for a total of 106 coins in the amount of $12.41 which is great any day for me! I ended up hunting 4 hours at my special place because the day was so nice!! Oh, me poor sore and stiff bones and aching muscles!

I want to go again, but have to go to stores, get gas for lawnmower, and renew my meds. I kept putting it off and now I'm out of milk so must get some groceries whether I want to or not!

Hope everyone is dong well and able to go detecting more than me and finding something great!
