Surprise Big Silver (Not Coin)

Was out at an abandoned school today. Got a 12.45 at 5in. Pulled a 6 in plug and nothing inside... Got the pin pointer in the hole and got a tone in the bottom. Dug another inch and out pops a belt buckle. Usually these are junk, so I prepared to stuff it in the discard pile. But something stopped me, it just was too shiny and heavy. I cleaned it off some more and looked closely. I could see sterling and some other writing. Got home and weighed it and it is nearly an once!

Amazing how close I came to ditching the best find of the day!! The only other keeper was a '45D wheaty...

Now that is some nice Silver congrats. :twodetecting::minelab::cheers:

Good save !!!!
