Surfmaster Pi

Mr Bill
I have a Surfmaster PI modified by you that I use in salt water.
I love this machine, my queston to you is, should I get a Surfmaster 11 for fresh water or will my machine do the trick?

Thank You Mr Bill

You can use the PI in fresh water. It will work fine, but you will constantly reminded that you have no discrimination ability with your PI. It will signal on every bit of metal there. Metal that's been there for 200/300 years. It doesn't erode away like it does in salt water.

If you can find a Surfmaster II, that would be a good choice. Send it to me and I can increase it's sensitivity.

Have a nice day
Bill
