Surface Find before the rain!!

Gonna rain most of the day, so I went down the street to my local park after seeing a big crowd over the weekend. Just inside the sandy swingset area I got a signal jumping nickel, a bit above nickel....I started to wipe sand away and saw this bracelet....it reads 925 on the clasps and made in Italy.....but if silver? why was it ringing where it did? and gold color? It weighs 6.7 grams......any input?? I was thrilled regardless!!!

I find a lot of sterling silver with Italy stamped on it. Excellent find.

To any Ace 350 users of why it would ring in the gold section instead of silver??
